Starting Monday October 1, 2012, Issuers wishing to submit their draft, confidential emerging growth companies’ (EGC) JOBS Act registration statement will use EDGAR.  This will replace the secure email submission system created earlier this year.

The SEC is modifying the EDGAR system and when the version 12.2 EDGAR release is effective, submission of draft registration statements will have to be through EDGAR.
